Neck pain that radiates to the head

I am 22 years old and I've been experiencing neck pain that goes up to my head. It started 2 months after I gave birth to my daughter. First, I would just feel lightheaded throughout the day with slight neck pain. The doctor told me that it was just my sinuses and told me to treat it like allergies. (I never had allergies before). Throughout the months, my neck pain had been getting worse along with my head pressure and lightheadedness. I've tried Advil, tylonel, moltrin, excedrin, physical therapy, multiple muscle relaxers, spinal adjustment, acupuncture, and a massage. I've also gotten an x-ray of my spine, a ct scan of my head, and an MRI of my c-spine. All came back normal so I guess at that point they ruled it out as something muscular.its been about almost 2 years since I've been feeling his way and the pain that I feel hurts so bad. I feel lightheaded 24/7 like I'm going to pass out, my balance is off sometimes and now I've noticed that the pain starts in my shoulder blade, goes up to my neck then to the head. The last resort I'm given is to take a Botox shot, but I'm a little nervous. Can someone please tell me what they think is going on? I'm scared something might happen to me.

Hello~ I know you said you have had spinal adjustments, but were they done by a chiropractor? It appears that you could have some vertebrae misaligned in your neck, if this is the case, you will certainly have the symptoms you are describing. I suggest seeing a chiropractor, he/she will take some x-rays which will determine was areas need help. After a few adjustments, you should start feeling a lot better.

As to allergies, a person's allergies can change every 5 years, so, even if you did not have allergies in the past, you may have them now

Hello. The spinal adjustment was done by an orthopedic. He would do them once every week but it did not help at all. They have already taken an MRI of my c-spine and an x-ray of my spine (not sure if that will show the vertebrae) but they said both came back normal.
