Neck tightness and presyncopy for a year. 24yr female.

A year ago I started having presyncopy episodes while driving. I drive every morning so, every morning I was getting them but would fight it off. Then I started getting neck tightness with it. After a couple months it went away. Then a few months later it came back with a vengeance. Now my health is declining. I have constant neck pressure, that comes and goes in degrees. With facial pressure as well. Sometimes I feel so soo close to fainting but I hold on so I desperately try not to. I also get weak in the chest and arms. Very. The pressure in my neck and face make it impossible to concentrate when I'm in an upright position. My appetite has gone down and I'm so tired and weak everyday. Just putting on my shoes makes me tired. I have been laying down as much as I can, because I noticed the pressure gets better. Sometimes though certain positions will make it very tight, and pressure shoot into my face. Very high pressure. What distraughts me is I'm noticing other symptoms. I keep feeling hot. But a very weird sensation...like my blood is heating up. Or the inside of my body is inflamed. Especially my face And head area. The worst. Also, right side of my foot keeps burning. Off and on. Everyday now. Sometimes I get body pains. Mostly behind my knee areas. I'm only 24 so I have no idea what's going on. My thyroid and sinus tests came back normal. My basic blood work is fine. So if anyone has any idea what so ever...please share. Because I am at a lose and doctors aren't taking me too serious because of my age. I guarantee I have been feeling very ill...and I can't even work now. My instincts tell me something is very wrong. So if anyone can shed the slightest light, at least it would help. Thanks. Oh. I also have had a fever with this. Only 99.4 but maybe it's still saying something is wrong?
