All your symptoms are due to salivary glands swelling.I feel that the submandibular gland is swollen in your case. The glands are located in and around the mouth and throat. The major salivary glands are called the parotid, submandibular and sublingual glands.
Swelling of these glands leads to interference of production and drainage of saliva. It may be due to some obstruction like stone or tumor, inflammation and infection. Secondary infection of salivary glands from adjacent lymph nodes also occurs. These lymph nodes are the glands in the upper neck which often become tender during a common sore throat.
In my opinion an examination from an ENT specialist along with investigations like dental x-rays and CT scan are required.Pls get it done.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you all are doing.
