Don't forget the human body is not perfectly symetrical. I'm sorry you're disturbed about it. I'm not a doctor, but I would expect a blood clot would be giving you a lot more symptoms. Take care.
I was thinking today and I'm wondering if my right leg is actually the "good" leg and my left leg is a little weaker. I do have a stone bruise (I think that's what it's called) on my left knee and I do tend to nurse it a lot when I walk.
My right leg (the on in question) is my leading leg and I did go for a bit of a walk yesterday and it's more sore than the other leg. Again, I'm trying not to obsess over it and wait to see if I can get to a doctor soon to get a professional opinion.
If it is a blood clot, what symptoms should I look for.
As a note: I notice that my right leg is a little tight its a little sore like I've been running or slept on it wrong. I get a little pins-n-needles sensation on the top of my foot from time to time also.
Hello,
The small disparity between the size can be due to wear and tear, overuse of muscles of one ankle and posture while walking. If it is not causing any problem or there is no significant swelling involved, there is no issue. If however, there is noticeable or significant swelling then causes like infections, arthritis, gout, kidney, heart, liver or blood vessels disorders and varicose veins have to be ruled out after consulting a physician.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.
