Odd spells with clustered symptoms

I'm a 20 yr. old F.  I've had many health problems, none have been fully explained by doctors.  I have nephrotic syndrome, and antiphospholipid syndrome.  I take one mg prednisone every other day for the nephrotic syndrome.  I have gone in and out of remission and have been on different doses of prednisone for the last 7 yrs.  For the antiphospholipid syndrome I take 160 mg of aspirin a day.  I get these spells with symptoms such as lightheadedness, dizzyness, feeling like I am going to faint, nausea, detachment from reality, weakness, increase in heart rate, vision disturbances, and sharp headaches.  I get about one a week and it lasts for 1 min. up to several hrs.  I used to have these symptoms when I was younger also (about 13-15 yrs old), but when they occured then I also had numbness in my hands, was cold and not able to get warm, and tingling in my extremities.  I also used to get more constant headaches.  I have had a couple more severe episodes as well.  On one occasion, I was in class (I was 17) and I passed out in my desk, not caused by anything.  I vomited and after I came about my blood pressure remained very very low.  When the paramedics came they said they had a hard time inserting an IV becuase my blood pressure was so low.  There were a couple other times where I actually fainted as well, or was in a state of semi-fainted for a longer period of time.  The symptoms gradually became less severe and were virtually gone by the time I was 18.  Just recently have I been having these symptoms again.

hi, ask them to check your thyriod, i had similar syptoms (symptoms) before diagnosis . however i am not aware of any syptoms (symptoms) of your conditions you have already which would cause it ! x x x

ive been having the same symptoms ive been to the drs they done a cat scan didnt find anything i just feel like im not mysef as in i dont feel like im in my body i feel so bad anymore if anyone can help me plz leave me a message here or pm me at angelaheeters in yahoo chat
