Odor coming from my throat?

For a week or two now I've had this bad odor coming up from my throat every time I breathe out. It also feels as though there's a lot of phlegm stuck in my throat that keeps coming back when I cough it up. I've tried looking at my tonsils but I don't see anything wrong with them or the back of my throat. I also don't smoke and never have. I would at times get very faint headache or rather feel light headed and I get sinusitis now and then a year and feel that the sinusitis may not have gone after a month or so as I still feel pressure around my nose, eyes and forehead but I'm not sure.
