Off balance feeling for 7 months

I have felt off balance for 7 months.  Like on a boat rocking back and forth or front to back. Never any spinning type dizziness.  Symptoms are every day, but seem to be worse as the day progresses.  Some days are worse than others.  I have been to the ENT, Eye Doctor and the Neurologist.  Had MRI done. No tumor or MS.  Had ENG for the ear. They could induce some spinning type dizziness with that test, but meclizine and the head turning exercises have not helped.  All the specialists seem to think it is my ear, except for the ENT who thinks something else is going on.  I don't know what to do next and none of the doctors seem to have any suggestions.  It seems the "off balance" symptoms have made me more fatigued and I have been having some limited short term memory problems.  I have quit working. (I was in the health care field and was worried I might injure a patient with being off balance and with the memory problems)

Well, I have been checked for heavy metal toxicity and vitamin def.  Heavy metals are negative (yeahh)  I am low on Vitamin B12 (something I've been treated for over the last 2 years) and am extremely deficient in Vitamin D.  Since I have been diagnosed with Diabetes 3 years ago, we are going to an endocrinologist.

Thank you for responding.  I will check into it.  It would actually be great if it was something as simple as a low vitamin.  Easy to fix.

hey, might sound crazy but some vitamin defiencies and i think it is copper toxicity but unsure , seen it somewhere just today on medical webpage... check into it.. sometimes are problems are no so BIG as we may originally think.  I had mri done to check for ms.  the only medical "proof" was that uric acid being low on arthritis panel.. No Ms... but only found one place that showed anything to do with uric acid being low and , amazing how vitamin B3 defiency (niacin) can cause symptoms of ms and low uric acid levels...hmmmm... kinda makes you think for a minute...
