Ongoing stomach issues

I am a 36 year old female with a history of cervical cancer, had a hysterectomy along with chemo & radiation.  I have been having daily severe stomach aches(will even wake me up several times in the middle of the night) along with stomach cramping a lot like menstral cramps that wrap around to my back for about the last 3-4 months.  I have had kidney stones before but this doesn't feel like that.  I have severe fatigue and weakness (I could sleep for 12 or more hours and still feel exhausted), frequent heartburn/chest pains, nausea and occasional vomiting, and severe diarrhea.  I have been a constant Tylenol high dose user for the last 2 years where I am taking anywhere from 12-16 tablets daily.  Wondering if anyone has any advice for me to try besides taking tums.  I have tried that and it usually doesn't work.  I usually get the majority of my stomach aches after I try to eat but then sometimes I have an empty stomach and still get them. I recently tried to donate blood and was turned away because my iron was way to low.  I have high blood pressure that I'm suppose to take meds for and don't really take them like I'm suppose to. The last time I went to the doctor, which was about 9 months ago I had very high cholesterol and my red blood cell count was way out of the norm.  Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect you have Ovarian-Adrenal-Thyroid (OAT) Axis imbalance, with estrogen dominance (which could be blamed for your cervical cancer and hysterectomy).
You may also have multiple mineral and nutritional deficiencies, stemming from gut dysbiosis.
A food elimination diet would be in order.
Following a BRAT for a few (bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast) usually helps with diarrhea, but take some coconut water (not the one with added sugar) to keep you hydrated and mineralized.

Could you post a timeline of your medical history?

For the time being try taking probiotics-highest quality you can afford and ask you obgyn-if you have one- to
prescribe a bioidentical progesterone cream as a trial
If s/he's not open to this, seek a reputable Functional Medicine Doctor to help you with all your health issues.

Your  high cholesterol is consistent with hypothyroidism and your iron deficiency is a known factor in low thyroid function.
What treatment did your doctor offer when you saw him/her 9 months ago?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best wishes,
Niko
