Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Orange toe nails and discoloration of skin can be a chemical burn, contact dermatitis or psoriasis. It can also be a fungal infection even if the nails are not breaking.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral to a skin specialist.
Hope this helps. Take care!
