PAIN DURING PENETRATION AND BLEEDING AFTERWARDS

THIS IS MY LAST RESORT.  If anyone can give me an insight on what is wrong it will be greatly appreciated.  I am 28, neaver been pregnant, never had woman organs removed from my body, never had any trauma in the vagina and haven't had that many sexual partners.  Thought I would get that out of the way..
About 3months ago I began having pain on my left side of the vuvla during intercourse. If extremelly lubricated I feel no pain, or very little but if I am a little dry, it hurts.  After intercourse I always notice blood when I wipe and all this time I thought it came from the vagina but it comes from a tear near the hymen, once again just on the left side, and this happens everytime after intercourse.  My doctor said I have vulvar vestibulitis and I need to do physiotherapy (bio feedback).  If I have vv, wont sex always be painful? Will I be able to insert a tampon with no pain at all? Will I be able to insert 2 fingers inside me with no pain at all? If anyone is suffering from similar symptoms PLEASE email me or please let me know if I was wronly diagnosed.
