PLEASE HELP - Excruciating Arm Pain!
Hello. I am 16 years old. I woke up from a 2 hour nap about 2 hours ago. I got a familiar sensation like if I had slept on my left arm. It almost felt like it didn't have enough oxygen. Well about 10 minutes ago I started to have some excruciating pain despite putting my left arm above my heart. Both arms began to hurt like all hell. It hurts my arm muscles just to type this. Both arms now feel like thy are low on oxygen, despite taking deep breaths. It hurts so bad and nothing online seems to say anything about this particular pain. I was sunburn earlier today and I do not lift weights. It really, really hurts. It's the muscles and joints - my shoulders, my elbows, all of my arm muscles, even my hands. My grandmother has been having arm pain for over half a year now, if that helps. Anyone have advice?
