PLEASE HELP!!!!! SIck for 5 years...rapid onset

I am 39 yrs. old.  Onset of symptoms 5 years.  First, Hysterectomy for level-2 dysplasia, then 3 months later, 3 UTI's in a row, then 1 month later, onset of sever leg pain, numbness, fatigue, over next few months, spreading to whole body. (worst in arms and legs.)  PROFUSE SWEATING...to the point of looking like I just got out of a shower.  Weakness, progressing to loss of speech control (intermittantly), control of bladder lessened recently.  DEBILITATING EXTREMITY PAIN.  Blurred vision, confusion, FALLING alot.  Loss of feeling of heat/cold in hands.  When pasin occurs...my skin grows ICE COLD.  Elevated WBC's  for past 4 years  as high as 21,000 but never lower that 9,000.  Can hardly walk by myself anymore.  Completely disabled, after being a successful business woman, single mother of 2 teenagers, VP of PTO, volunteer, sports coach.  WAS VERY ACTIVE.  The symptoms came on so fast, it was like being blind-sided.  I can't care for myself anymore.  I am desperate for an accurate diagnosis.  The only things I have heard so far, with no supporting tests...Fibromyalgia, possibly Vasculitis with Lupus (I had a positive ANA of 1500, but has since gone back to negative, since treatment with Plaquenil.  Was diagnosed with Adrenal Insuffieciency 13 years ago by Insulin-Tolerance test, and have been taking 5-7mg Prednisone/day since.  I am desperate to find a diagnosis.  I think this may be MS, but don't know.  Could it be Leukemia?  Please let me know which way to turn.  I have had so many tests, and find that, in each area of specialty, there is a GUESS, but no one has finally put a name to it, and therefore I am only treated for pain control.

Thanks for your thoughts concerning my condition.  I forgot to add a few things.  I have been experiencing large, pus filled (quarter-sized) sores on my lower abdomen and inner thighs that heal to a permanent, black spot.  I also have lost hair, gained 60 lbs, and feel like my heart is going to rumble right out of my chest.  Last night, My entire right side went dead.  No feeling, Numb.  It came back this morning, but is very weak.
I HVE been exposed to an enviornmental contaminent.  It is called "Wisdom Flowable TC" at work.  It was used as a pesticide to spray for bugs inside and outside. It was sprayed directly in our cubicles.  There are 2 other women who have now been declared disabled, from my same worksite, with the same symptoms.  We have gone to an 'enviornmental specialist" that focuses on determining the exposure and linking us all together,  However, they have agreed, that this might be the source, but can't prove it scientifically, as of yet.  They told me that the only thing we could do right now, was to treat the resulting diseases. Unfortunately, because we are on the 'fringe' of medical science, no one can agree as to a true diagnosis, nor treatment.  So, in the mean time, I have been slowly and completely disabled and tortured by the pain, profuse swseating, and numbness, confusion, blurred eyesight, and most recently, difficulty breathing.  It feels like there is a band around my diaphram muscle, that spasms, and restricts my ability to inhale.. Sometimes, it feels like I have to Intentionally inhale, or I will stop breathing.  I also have rashes that come and go.  And the extreme temperature changes in the weather, make it even worse.  The heat of even a shower, wipes me out, for hours...and sometimes days.  I am in so much pain.  How much longer can I take it?  There a people who have a headache for a few days, that snap.  How about post-surgical patients?  I have THAT kind of pain, 24/7.  It is a silent torture, that I don't know I can take much longer.  WHERE CAN I GO FOR HELP?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Some of the conditions with such body and joint aches are fibromyalgia ,chronic fatigue syndrome(often manifests with widespread myalgia and arthralgia, cognitive difficulties, chronic mental and physical exhaustion),polymyositis (means 'many muscle inflammation') and polymyalgia rheumatica(an inflammatory disorder that causes widespread muscle aching and stiffness, primarily in your neck, shoulders, upper arms, thighs and hips. It literally appears overnight, but the cause may be a problem with the immune system, perhaps involving both genetic and environmental factors).
Complete physical examination along with investigations like ESR blood, platelet count Rheumatoid factor, creatine kinase, electromyography and muscle biopsy may be needed to make a diagnosis.Pls consult a physician for that.
Loss of feeling of hot and cold and cold extremeties, joint pains, fatigue, numbness can be due to thyroid disorder.Pls get your thyroid functions also evlauted.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.
