ask for a full work up of all gluten sensativities. Celicac's disease is very treateable. Try eating food with 100% NO grains for a few days as broad self test. Don't give up. I was told for almost 4 years that my extreme, nausea inducing fatigue was "anxiety" until I ran across a wonderful doctor who actually listened to my symptoms and scheduled me for a sleep study right away.
