Pain in Armpits

I have had pain under my armpits for the last five months. have hada CAT scan which showed no abnormalities. Pain sometimes inceases with mental or physical stressors. Any ideas? Thanks

So this is pain in your lymph nodes? Are your lymph nodes swollen? Any other physical symptoms?

The lymphy nodes are not swollen. I even had a CAT scan which determined there was no swelling. Pain in lymph nodes as well as not having as much energy. Sleeping more etc.
