Pain Attacks at the end of my tail bone

I have pain attacks that come on all of a sudden that have caused me to pass out.  It feels like about 6 teeth hurting in my rear end all of a sudden.  It is awful.  I have been to doctors and it seems like no one can get to the root of the problem.  They act like they think I am crazy, but this pain is very real and it hurts sooooooo bad.  Help.

You may want to try a neurologist or an orthopedist.  I hope you feel better soon.

If it is at the end of your tailbone, it could be a pilonidal cyst.  It usually appears near the natal cleft and can be very painful.

What makes you think it is a panic attack?  Does the pain come on first, then you have a panic attack?  Or do have a a panic attack and then experience the pain?  I don't know what this could be.  You should probably seek a second opinion.
