Pain In Right Shoulder and Arm

Today while i was sleeping around 5:00AM Morning time an extreme pain started in my right shoulder and arm, I really suffer from this pain, if i sleep the pain excesses if i walk or sit on chair the pain is decreasing. Could you tell us what problem is this?

No i don't experience numb, I feel the pain is bone.

Do you experience numbness, too, or just pain?  Also, is it like a shoulder harness pain (do you feel it at the back or between wingbones as well)?
