Pain behind my right knee (veins/tendons?) and left arm

Hi all, I am in serious need of help seeing as how I have no health insurance but need some professional advice. The past 3 or 4 days I have woke up and have had extreme pain behind my right knee. I have read some other members issues and their descriptions sound a lot like what I have: hurts to stand on the leg when I wake up, hard to walk on that leg, it feels like a pulsing throbbing pain but is also sharp and just "there". Right now as I am sitting, it feels like a tingly and almost numb sensation but when I stand the pain of putting weight on the leg returns. I am looking at my leg in the mirror and it looks like the veins behind the knee are more visible than usual and as I poke/rub that area, it feels like the veins hurt.. I have been taking aspirin starting this morning but do not feel any better.

In addition, when I wake up in the morning, my left arm hurts right in the middle of the arm and is just sore as hell for an hour or so until it slowly fades away. I have no idea what is going on but I did play some basketball a few days back and it was a lot of physical activity but I am young, only 23 and reading up on veinous reflux and other issues about clotting is scaring me.

any help would be appreciated but if the problem does continue for the next 2 days I would say, I will try contacting a free clinic/hospital in my area since I am unemployed and have zero coverage.

if you wish to email me my contact is ***@****

Thank You,
Eddie

Not being able to physically or visually assess you only going on the symptoms you've posted; it sounds to me as if you’re suffering from some type of irritation of the sciatic nerve. Some times this irritation is brought on by tight or dysfunctional muscles associated with the pelvic; like the piriformis muscles or the psoas muscles. These muscles when dysfunctional can cause alignment problems of the pelvic causing low back pain and some of the very same symptoms you’re having. Finding a health care professional trained in stretch therapy, orthopedic massage, or Active Release Technique who will be able to assess treat you is a good place to start.

As always see your doctor to rule out any disease or other conditions before following the above suggestions.
