Pain in Chest, arms and thighs

Hi, i had a pain in the middle of the chest almost 4 to 5 months ago it was not severe. after that off and on i felt this pain then it moves to my left arm, hand and fingers. it gets shull at sometime. Now i am feeling pain in the left side of my neck especially when i bend downwords i feel pain in my whole back bone. last night i felt svere pain in front of my thighs. it was in both of the thighs but severe in right one. i was not able to walk properly and i felt less sensation in my both legs. uper part o f the feet were like burning and pain was in my both toes also but severe in left toe. this pain was moving from my right thigh to right knee and at one time i felt svere pain in my knee. total period of facing this pain was almost one and a half hour. then i took a pain killer and had some oil massage on my legs and i felt better. but in the morning i again felt thigh pain bt it was not svere as previous, but with this i felt pain in my back bone exact in the middle and lower back, and the backside of my neck. i am 31 year old and very much worried about this situation. i had all the test Blood sugar, cholestrol levels, chest x-ray, thyroid all are clear by the grace of God but problem is still the same like first day. Please let me know what is it? the pain in thighs and legs is severe pain and one thing more when i feel pain in my left arm i also feel it in the shoulder joint. PLEASE suggest me something and some other tests which can help me out of this condition. Thanks
