Pain in right rib cage towards middle of chest when taking full breath

I am a 29 year old male, non smoker. I am having a hard time time taking a full breath, the pain is in my right rib cage towards the middle of my chest. What do you think could be happening?

IF you are having trouble breathing, you should see a DR. I had that happen, went to the DR, it was only GERD.
