Hard to say, but hormones comes to mind. My hormones went wacky at 41. Perhaps you have a vag infection. I'm worried about the random spotting, not normal. Don't mean to insult you but have you had unprotected sex. You need to go to a clinic, get tested for STD's
Good luck to you

By what you have posted - you are NOT fine.

You do not say which part of your body the discharge and blood is coming from, but nonetheless this is not a good sign and you should make an urgent appointment to see your doctor about this.

Your lower back pain may be connected with regard to the problem regarding the discharge and the bleeds.

The back pain that you have suffered over the last 10 years is likely to be related to bone problems in the lumbar area (lower back).  An xray would show up any degeneration.  For chronic back pain (long lasting) you require to manage this as best you can.  Gentle stretching exercise, walking, good posture whilst sitting, walking and standing; applying heat or cold and taking pain relief medications and/or anti-inflammatory drugs to manage any inflammation.  Anti-inflammatory drugs do not suit everyone and can cause problems in the stomach, so should always be taken after food if you do choose to use them.   If a doctor prescribes these medications for you, he will recommend the dose that you should take, otherwise follow the directions on the packet.

Some people find taking cod liver oil capsules and other types of medications that can be purchased without a prescription for arthritic pains helpful.

If you are "working out extremely hard", you may be overdoing things and this may be the cause of all your aches and pains.  Before any gym workouts, you probably already know this, you do need to do warm up exercises first.  If you exercise at a gym, the gym instructor will be able to show you the types of warm up exercises that you need to do before you start on your main workout.

Your body also needs time to rest.  If you go every day, then you are overdoing things and you should NOT "work out" for 2 days at least.

It is also likely that the all over body pains could be due to some type of damage due to aging and xrays or other imaging would show if there are any changes and damage to your bones.

You do need to have imaging tests done on your neck to establish what is the problem there, but in the mean time wear a scarf to keep it warm and keep out of any draughts.

When we get a cold or the flu, the body will have aches and pains all over, but you would also have cold symptoms and a raised temperature.

Having a relaxing hot bath with Epsom salts  (and some baby oil as Epsom salts dry the skin) and some of your favourite oils, can help to relieve muscle aches and pains.  Epsom salts also contains magnesium which is absorbed through the skin.

If you have different doctors at your surgery, go to the one that you are happy with and not one that will fob you off.  If you disagree with your doctor when they say you are "fine", always get a second opinion and suggest they arrange imaging or refer you to a rheumatologist and a physiotherapist.  You may also benefit from seeing an osteopath or chiropractor.  If you choose to go, ensure that they are qualified and have a good reputation.

As your lower back pain is now worse and you do have the discharge, it is highly likely that you have an infection and it is important that you make an URGENT  appointment to see your doctor to get examined and prescribed the appropriate medication to treat this.  The doctor may first of all take a swab so that it can get analysed at the lab and wait for the results before prescribing anything or may know by your symptoms what this is and prescribe the appropriate antibiotic.

Thick yellow vaginal discharge is typically not a good sign, even without odor or itch.  You most likely have a bacterial vaginosis (vaginal infection).  Unfortunately you will need an antibiotic to clear it, however one will not be prescribed to you unless and until you see your doctor for a pelvic exam and probably cultures to rule out any STDs.  While you are there you should mention the other body aches and pains.  I understand that seeing doctors isn't cheap, but bills be damned, you need to be seen.  You can set up payment arrangements and only pay 5 dollars per month if need be.  GET SEEN because it won't get better on it's own, if indeed it is bacterial vaginosis.  Good luck!
