Pain

by tee55, Nov 26, 2008 12:51PM
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I feel that is just a name that Doctors will lable a person with, when they just can not find what is really wrong. My body hurts almost constantly, especially the left side, upper torso area. My lower right side of my back also hurts, legs also. It is like a burning, numbing, aching sinsation, also feels very cold (freezing). I have been tested for Arthritis, Lyme disease, etc.(negitive). I recently went to get tested for electro shock which came out positive, when i went to the doctor to schedule surgery for the tendinitis he told me that the surgery would only help improve the feeling from the wrist from my wrist to my fingertips. My ? to the doctor was, if my hand area feels like the areas from my wrist to my elbow, from my elbow to my shoulder, and so on, how are they so sure that it is tendinitis? He did not give me an answer, only that this will help the hand. None of this makes sense to me.
