I have these spells were my hands start to itch and then I get dizzy and pass out.
Any idea what it could be?

There are many conditions that can lead to the symptoms.

Passing out can be caused by heart issues as well as neurologic conditions.   An EKG and echocardiogram would be reasonable initial cardiac tests.  A CT scan can be done if a neurologic cause is suspected.  Further tests can be done if any of the initial tests show an abnormality.

Regarding the itching, it is difficult to say without examination.  I would consider a dermatology referral to further evaluate the symptom.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
