Persistant rash under eye next to nose, size of a dime

I've had this patch of red dry skin that gets flaky.  If I load it constantly with lotion it mildly gets better.  Any ideas? I was on antibiotics for 20 days.. can this cause this?

No impetigo weeps and is characterised by lots of little blisters which constantly erupt.
I've had something similar-I've always had quite oily skin, never had eczema but since being on antiobiotics and fucidin, dryness has spread all over my face, causing it to be very hard, rough and flaky.Only answer i can think of is eczema but is that possible?
