Pins and needles in my upper leg, with occasional stabbing pains
I am currently experiencing numbness in my upper right leg every morning when I wake up, as well as a stabbing pain occasionally throughout the night which is bad enough to wake me up, at times almost screaming with the pain. For the last month or so this has been happening. I am currently wearing an unloading brace on my right knee as there is no cartlidge there, and I have a small problem in that the muscles in my back do spasm occasionally, but this has been diagnosed as directly associated to wearing the brace and my bio mechanics having changed slightly. Anyone with information that could help would be greatly appreciated.
