Please, just... help me.

Please, I need your help. I am 15, and have unexplained dizzy spells. I have gone to specialist after specialist, done CAT scans, MRIs, and every test known to man, and nothing has been found. These spells are more than just annoying, they are debilitating. I can't do anything. I constantly carry around meclizine to treat my dizziness, but it does little to no good. I can't do the things I love anymore... I'm sick and tired of being told to 'just learn to live with it' by doctors, and I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines while my friends run around and have fun like normal teenagers.
Symptoms of a normal attack, in order:
Cluster headache - 1-2 minutes
Instant visual blackout, vision fades back in from the edges - 5-10 seconds
Chronic dizziness and mild nausea - 20-30 minutes, or up to 3 hours
Extreme fatigue - 6-8 hours

Please, someone help me. I need to know what this is. I'm scared.
(On a side note, my mom has fibromyalgia. I'm not sure if this could be my issue as well, since I've only had the unexplained pain a couple of times, and they are few and far between.)

HeadSpin, your symptoms are very familiar to me. It sounds as though you suffer from migraines with aura just like me. I first started getting them a couple years back. I have only suffered from two attacks but they are starkly simila to yours. First, a period of numbness in my fingers, then after that subsides, a kind of blindness beginning in my peripherals, then some of the most intense pain imaginable that causes insane dizziness and nausea. That is the point where I take sleeping medications and pain killers and pass out until the pain is gone. Unfortunatley just like you, despite a cat scan and three seperate specialists, there is no cure for migraines. I'm 17 and i know your pain. Just stick it out. Try excedrine migraine. if not, go with whatever pain killers you like best, and a caffinated drink

How are your eating habits? Sometimes something as simple as a food intolerance, dehydration, poor sleep habits can cause problems. If all pathology has been ruled out maybe a holistic nutritionist can help. My friend suffered with migraines. A chiropractor finally resolved the issue.
