Please HELP - Pain around my jaw

For the past week I have this pain in my jaw/neck/ear area on the right side of my face. It kind of feels like someone has one of my nerves and squeezes it every 20-30 seconds...it isn't constant sometimes it's every 5 seconds, sometimes it's just once a minute the pain just lasts for about 3-5 seconds at a time also. I've taken different sorts of medicines I have and NOTHING seems to help. Tried heat and ice...not helping. It's not near my teeth really and I can't think of anything I've done to cause it...any ideas of what might be causing it or how to relieve it?

The pain in this area could be due to TMJ, ear problem or caries tooth. An ENT and a dentist should be consulted for this. It could also be a referred chest pain. Also get a 12 lead EKG done. Hence taking simple pain medication will not help.
