Please HELP!!!! My Vag...

Can someone please help? For the past 3 days now I have had trouble with my vagina. At the beginning of peeing it burns real badly. Throughout the day there is a yellowish discharge that sometimes is grey. I feel like I'm peeing myself constantly throughout the day. I'm not pregnant though. Please help I'm scared to go to the doctors.
