request a cbc with diff, ana, sed rate, c reactive thyroid and thyroid antibodies

be nice but firm that you want these tests...most of the doctors I've dealt with are living from 40 year old teachings and believe the internet is evil.

If you aren't having problems with anxiety don't admit to having anxiety, you may be stressed about your situation but you don't want to be labeled with anxiety,...they will dismiss your issues even if you are bleeding from your eyesockets.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Some of the possibilities that need evaluation in your case are anemia, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue  syndrome, hypothyroidism, depression, arthritis, chronic infections, diabetes and malignancies.
Complete physical examination along with investigations like complete blood count and ESR blood, platelet count,Rheumatoid factor, creatine kinase, electromyography and muscle biopsy and blood sugar levels may be needed to make a diagnosis.Pls consult a physician for that.
I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted. Kind Regards.

Hi ! You post in the fibro/CFS forum, correct ? I can tell you that frequent thirst and urination often go along with CFS and the majority of fibro patients do have some CFS or autoimmune disease symptoms.... they tend to overlap.

Since you are losing weight, I would ask your physician to check your A.M. cortisol level and rule out secondary adrenal insufficiency.
