Positive ANA (Antinclear antibody) 1:2560 homogenous ???

Can anyone tell me what this might mean?  Sed Rate was normal; Rheumatoid Factor was normal.  CRP was elevated too.  Every joint in my body hurts.  40 mg Prednisone per day helps a lot, but ANA unchanged.  I also have Crohn's disease, which is in remission.  I had taken Humira for 8-9 mos for the Crohn's, Dr stopped me when all of these joint problems started as precaution.

I too have a negative sed rate and rheumataoid factor.  CRP modestly elevated at 2.0.  Strongly reactive ANA of 1:2560.  I also have Crohn's disease - under control with Pentasa.  Never took Humira.  I have joint pain mostly in my hands/fingers, but also in my feet and in the larger joints - mostly knees.  Have you found any answers?   Currently am told they "just don't know" what I have but "there is something going on..."

Anxiously awaiting some additional information.
