Possible liver pain? Virus?

I have had pain in my right upper quadrant behind my ribs (sharp) for almost a week---worse with activity, deep breaths, if I sneeze. A day ago I started having bad joint pain, so bad I don't want to nor think I can workout (normally do 4-7 times per week). My appetite has been normal, no digestive issues other than feeling a little very full after my normal meals, some bloating.  I have a fairly strict high protein, mod carbs, low fat diet. No nausea or vomiting, etc. The only other thing that may or may not be related is I've had very very light periods since October, minimal bleeding. Also I had my gallbladder removed 7 years ago.

Behind your anterior ribs? Or are you feeling the pain from your back? Any new medications?

Yes, Behind my ribs not really any pain from my back. No new meds.
I would suggest getting blood work done to check proper liver function and even get tested for hepatitis.
