Possible neurological disorder? Nothing yet diagnosed. Please help!

I'm a 20 year old healthy female. I have began experiencing seziure like muscle spasms throughout my entire body that are uncomfortable and thrashing in nature. However I am completely awake during these episodes and can remember them happening. They can last anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours. I am able to speak during them but my vision is blurred and my balance is off causing me to fall. These "episodes" come on gradually beginning with a throbbing headache  and numbness/tingling in my hands and feet and progress into full blown body tremors. During this I sometimes feel the numbness/ tingling in my face and it causes my speech to be slurred or not easily understandable. Once the tremors cease I have a severe headache lasting around an hour and am sick to my stomach. I went to my primary care doctor who has referred me to a neurologist and ordered an MRI with and without contrast. I am worried and scared. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what is the diagnosis/treatment? Any information will help. Thank you!

Hello~I am so sorry you are experiencing these symptoms. I wish I had some advice for you. I am glad you are seeing a doctor, hopefully they will be able to help you. I would suggest, if all else fails, to see a chiropractor, sometimes when we have pinched nerves in our neck our spine, we can experience odd symptoms like. I hope you find answers soon.
