Posterior Cervical Lymph Node

I have noticed two lymph nodes in left side of my neck probably posterior cervical lymph nodes. One os very small even can't be noticed untill you are severely trying to finding something. Another it noticible only when I trun my neck to the oppposite side.
I went to doctor and he told me the size as 1.2cm. He checked and noticed only the bigger one.
He did some blood test- CBC, Complete metabolic profile, thyroid and throat culture.
Everything came normal.
Then after 10days he checked me again and told that the size has been decreased to 0.7cm. After 1month he again asked me for re-visit. And as it was still there, he asked me to concult with an ENT. I consulted with an ENT who is also a surgen. He checked and told me that it is due to my dandrauff. He has not prescribed me any medicine only a lotion. I am staying alone here alone.Hence I am so scared.
Also, I am sinus problem. Hence I am always being affected by cold, nose blockage. But no fever.
Can anyone please suggest?

I have thyroid cancer and have had several surgeries to remove lymph nodes that had cancer. I also had strep throat and mono a couple of years ago that caused the lymph nodes to enlarge as those were not cancerous. The doctor can confirm that it is not cancer by an ultrasound and/or blood work.  I would suggest getting a second opinion to put your nerves to rest.
