Pressure behind eyes when laying down

Please let me know if you have any advice or ideas about what this could be:

Symptoms have occured for almost 3 years
-A quick, intense build up of pressure behind the eyes when laying down
-pressure increases when turned on stomach
-pressure increases when pressure is applied to the body, ie tight clothing, pets on lap, etc
-pressure increases when accelerating quickly or going high speeds in a vehicle
-pressure lasts until stimulous is taken away, ie changing positions or standing up, putting on loose clothing

-Visual issues
-verticle polarized looking streaks in vision that fade in and out almost with heart rate
-streaks are mostly noticed when in bright light and walking
-visual snow when looking at the sky
-muscles in eyes often feel sore or like they are not working right (also if remain in a horizontal position where pressure behind the eyes is increased overnight, wake up with a severe feeling of soreness behind the eyes)

- blood pressure generally in the low 90s/60s

MRI showed no problems
ct scan of sinus showed no problems
migraine meds of no help

Any response will be appreciated!

To revy, I get something similar to that usually every once in awhile when i lay on my side i feel my blood vessel throbbing at a point where i must stop laying down for a moment.  Its more of a throbbing on the side of my forehead than a pain

I have been experiencing something similar for years.  When I lay down I get this very sudden throbbing pressure in my head, top of my head down into my forehead.  Sounds are actually mufled & amplified with the throbbing.  It goes from the point of annoyance to painful quickly and then hangs on for 10-30 seconds.  It does go away, though.  It doesn't happen every time, but it happens when I lay down on my stomach.  Anyone experiencing this or have ideas??

I'd be really concerned about eye pressure problems...Obviously there is something going on...Do you have glaucoma? Diabetes? Suspicion of a sinus cavity tumor?  Problems with plaque in your neck vessels? Ever had a  MRA (brain vessel scan) scan of your head to make sure you don't have a problem with the blood vessels under the front of your brain? This sounds a lot like glaucoma, but I am no expert...If you haven't, I'd at least see an eye doc...
