Pressure/fullness on left side?

Hi everyone, I'm just going to give a little background about myself. I have had food intolerance/IBS issues for about 5 months now (diarrhea, gluten/dairy intolerance, gas, bloating, cramping, etc) and have just recently decided to do gaps diet to help it... I have noticed a great deal of improvement as far as my diarrhea issues go... I have maintained normal/solid stools since starting this diet (2/3 weeks) but I have recently noticed a pressure in my left side for the last 4 or 5 days... I just noticed it this week. Kind of feels like gas. I notice this pain sometimes after I eat and more so in the evening or when I need to use the bathroom. I am not constipated, I have been regular with my toilet sessions and go about 1 or 2 times a day.. today when I needed to use the bathroom the pressure kind of got to being on the verge of pain. I went to the bathroom and the pain/pressure went away a little while after using the bathroom. Any ideas what this could be? There is no blood in stool that I can tell. I'm assuming since I use the bathroom everyday that I am not constipated or a bowel obstruction...I'm a 20 year old female.. please help.
