Puss/ Blood filled bumps on Genitals and Spreading

*Please Read* I have lots of puss filled bumps on my genital area and i always squeeze it until the yellow puss comes completely out, but then blood always comes out after it. Sometimes the bump is so huge and filled with blood that it hurts just by touching. I've had this skin disease for over a year now, and don't want to go see a doctor about, yet... Lately I think its been spreading though, to areas on my face, around my ears, on my buttocks, thighs, and chest. At most I will be free of the bumps for a week, but they always come back, and it seems like its getting worse. I know its not genital herpes, cause I am not sexually active at all. I've tried to search up what it was, but all the forums and boards i go to, never have an answer or have inconsistent answers. I really don't wanna live with this skin disease forever. Can anyone help me diagnose this ailment and offer any suggestions to "cure" it?

If i go to a community health center, will it be free?. The only reason i dont want to see a doctor, is money issues.

Sounds like ghonorea or herpes.  If you have ever had oral you can catch it that way.  Go the to Doctor.

Sounds like Herpes Simplex and I would immediately see a doctor. This isn't something you want to put off any longer. It can cause other serious organ damage if not properly treated. The only ''cure'' I have to advise is see a doctor. Don't wanna go to your normal doc? See a planned parenthood they take both male/female patients I've worked at one and if you want to give a false name and no real info on yourself then so be it but please for your health don't take this soo lightly and get yourself checked out.

You aren't active at all? Go to the doctor! Could be anything. I have herpes..are they painful? Until you figure it out, quit popping them, whatever it is will spread.
