Question.. about blood veins

I have a question, and this is the only place I thought it would go. I've noticed for the past week that the veins in my breast have become very apparent, showing blue, and running to my nipples. Now I'm not pregnant, I've taken 3 test, all were neg. Today noticed as I was getting out of the bath tub that the veins in my arms, hands, and legs were very noticable the palms of my hands were almost blue but after a while it faded some, nto completly, but my palms didnt look like blueberries anymore. I was wondering if anyone else has ever done this, the breasts don't worry me as much as the palms of my hands, and arms and legs do. Does warmth make your blood vessel's swell? Or is this a sign of maybe high blood pressure? I'm just curious?

Yes, warmth makes your veins way more noticeable.  Also, if you are just before your period your veins can look much more noticeable.  Even moles change colour and shape a bit (well mine do).  Drinking alcohol can do the same thing.
