Really Anxious..

Hello,

I'm a student and i'm 19 years old.
I've been having these strange noises coming out of my stomach (sometimes they would ocure in my throat)
This is going on for a year now, i wasn't concerned about this..

But now i'm getting really anxious, i'm really concerned about certain things and about maybe having certain diseases (Hiv) Also my parents have divorced, and my mum is an alcoholic.

Now i'm feeling nauseated almost all the time, mostly after eating (it's worse at night after eating) when i lie down after eating it feels like i'm going to have to puke.

Also i can't drink no more beer or alcohol, after them i really feel like puking (mostly hours, even day after comsuptiom)

Are these symptoms of HIV or a later stage of HIV?

I'm really concerned, or could this al be caused because of stress and anxiety (witch i have been coping for about years now)

I'm really desperate for help now..

PS :(I did a colonoscopy 6 months ago and they found nothing) (sorry if i'm wrong but the tube was inserted oral.. )
