Really Weird Symptoms

I have been having some physical and mental symptoms that just started about 4-5 days ago and are staying the same.

Physical: Pressure in front and back of head with and without headache, Acheness, Fatigue that does not get better with rest,  Involuntary movements in the arms, hands, and legs, Extreme Sleepiness (Fell asleep in bathtub and almost drowned), Barely feel pain. Shortness of Breath and more tiredness and fatigue when I Barely exert myself or get agitated.

Mental: Agressivity, Intense anger, Violent outbursts, Cant control thoughts or actions, Confusion, Increased Sex Drive or Decreased Sex Drive, Forgetfullness,

A little about me:

Age: 24
Sex: M
Current Medical Conditions: (Heart Problem) Tricuspid Atresia and Bipolar Disorder.
Height: 5' 4''
Weight: 156 Lbs
Smoker. 1\pk a day.
Current Medicines: Enalapril, Spironolactone 20mg, Digoxin 0125mg?, Invega XR 6mg, Celexa 40mg.

I dont know what the heck is wrong. I dont know if it a mental problem getting worse and causing physical problems, or a physical problem causing mental ones, Or if it has to do with my heart. Im really scared becuase I can barely control my actions and even my personality is changing.

I had a CT scan, but wont know results till Tuesday.

Does anyone have some suggestions?

Drnee is on the money, as usual.  You should consider going to the government FDA (food and Drug Administration) site and sending in an adverse drug effect report. This helpful to the drug company and other physicians. It is not a complaint against your physician.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Your symptoms of involuntary movements in the arms, hands, and legs and achiness, headache, drowsiness, decrease sex drive etc are side effects of Invega that you are taking. Headache, drowsiness, decrease sex drive etc are also seen with Celexa.
Your symptoms are probably due to improper control of the bipolar disorder and taking medications with similar side effects. You need a change of medication. Please discuss with your doctor and ask for a change in prescription. This may help.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
