Really need to know what is happening to me

Early last year i was diagnosed with anxietyafter some breathing difficulties, i was put on propranolol and although the breathing thing remained i was fine. Then about 6 months ago i started getting dizzy for no reason although not badly and it was like i was on a rocking boat not the spinning kind, doctors said stress. Then after drinking heavy one night i thought i just had a hangover but i was really un well i couldn breathe properly, i was dizzy, my muscles all felt weak and as i was trying to sleep i kept getting strange rushing sensations throughout my body which would immediatly wake me or the worst thing is i felt like i was going to stop breathing and lose control of my muscles like things were shutting down, this took weeks to go away and doctors could not find a cause, gradually i have gotten better though until now....I have recently became sick with just a simple cough and cold and after 2 days alot of the symptroms returned, not the dizziness but the muscle weakness and the feeling of my lungs shutting down when i tried to fall asleep...i feel very weak and like i might just pass out although as i said not dizzy this time, i have been tested for just about everything, diabetes, kidneys liver thyroid etc etc and they never found anything just said stress but i am not stressed and have been very hppy and calm ...There seems to be a pattern of this happening i see when im am sick or have a minor ailment of a hangover or something as such... I just want to know what is happening to me and relieve these symtoms as it is not nice at all feeling like your actually going to die...Can somebody please help or tell me they have suffered the same and gotten a diagnoses.

Is that safe...I cant start this today as i still have the cold that has bought these symptoms on and my nose is blocked but what exactly is this enabling me to do or what is this doing for me?

You have had a lot of tests done.Now try this for 2 minutes, and if you can do it without feeling dizzy, then increase your timing each day.When you can do it for 20 minutes, you will have started to get better.Start today.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.
