Recurring Fatigue

My almost 9 year old has been having recurring fatigue and loss of appetite.  So tired that she doesn't want to do anything - just lay on the sofa pretty much all day.  Started about six weeks ago.  It will last 2 to 5 days, go away for a week or two and then comes back very suddenly.  Doctors ran a full bloodwork up and urinalysis and everything was normal.  We are growing very tired of it and since it comes and goes, it has everyone very confused!  Any ideas of what it could possibly be?

I am not sure.  I think it was the standard stuff and I know it included mono.

What exact "full bloodwork" did her doctor do?
