Recurring pain - ligaments/tendons

For a couple of years now I have had recurring pain, mostly in my elbows and seat bones. I first noticed it in the mornings when I woke, my fingers were either tingling or nunb and it took a long time to straighten my arms due to the pain. It wears of after an hour or two, but the inner bone of my elbows are always overly sensitive. My seat bones are sore to touch, or sit on! Wrists, knees ankles etc are all affected but not greatly, concussion makes it worse, but it goes quickly. My doctor thought it might be fibromyalgia. I go to a sport physio and she thinks it is tendon/ligament related and give me excercises which do help a little.
