Red scars on abdomen

I have red scars appearing on my abdomen. They dont hurt or itch but they are increasing in size and number. Does anyone know what this could be? I'm starting to get scared

Guys, i think there's nothing to worry about.

Indeed i've been working out but also i got taller during this year.

I forgot to tell you but i also have these red marks on my triceps (and i've been working out with them also) and they look exactly like http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/smarks3.jpg which are stretchmarks and scars on my abdomen look rather like these http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/smarks1.jpg and these http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/smarks2.jpg

so i dont really think i've got bartonella, since i've had these scars for months and dindn't experencie any other symptomps

They actually look like stretch marks. Have you recently gained weight, had a growth spurt, or worked out a lot? There are lotions you can but for stretch marks to help them disappear faster. They never actually go away, but will fade to white.

by the way, it started from one small (2-3cm long) scar and started increasing, but it appeared around november-december and in this time it's cold in Lithuania (where i live) and these bugs, ticks, or however you call them couldt have had a contact with me. I've been to forests on summer but i dont know if the scars could appear after such a long time

and no, i haven't experienced fatigue, joint pains, nor any other symtomps.

i squezed one scar with thumbs (not that hard) and it started bleeding inside

so anybody knows what this might be?

i hope its not lyme

What shape are they? Round? Lines? Any other symptoms, allergies, or medications? Are they a different texture than the surrounding skin? If you are able, you could link a picture of it for us.

dofkex:
The url I posted was for pictures of Bartonella.
This is not Lyme Disease, although it may be found as a coinfection of Lyme.  That is, people who have one tick borne disease may also be infected with other diseases passed on by ticks.

Do the marks on your skin resemble any of those pictures?
