Red spots on hand and foot

Hi Everyone. My two year old daughter woke up this morning and has a few red spots on her hands and the top of her right foot. I'm wondering if these are bug bites or from pine needles since she was playing outside for a bit yesterday and fell into a ton of pine needles. She had just got home from school and took her socks off so I just put her shoes on since we were only going out for 10-15 minutes to get some outside play since it was nice out yesterday here just north of Chicago. The pics are in my profile. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Not a doctor, but it could be Hand Foot Mouth, its going around right now, lesions look very similar to early stages. If it gets worse, you may want to go to doc, if it is HFM, you will see more and more bumps and possibly on the bum. Sometimes in the mouth which appear as "canker sores" - but sometimes just a few like this. It goes away on its own after a while, but causes quite a bit of fever in the meantime. Hopefully it's a few bug bites, but keep an eye on it.
