Right hand Cold, lower back pain

I am trying to figure out if any of these symptoms relate since my hand still gets extremely cold.

I tried out snowboarding, fell a lot , one specific time i was sitting after falling and another person snowboarding flew into my back with their snowboard. This was when I was in 9th grade, I am now in my first year of college (19 male)
Soon after snowboarding I noticed when I bent down to pick something up at angle I would feel a sharp pain in my back that was in a specific spot like it was my spine, this has stopped happening though.

Back in march of this year I went to a hand doctor because my finger tips were feeling numb and my hand would get very cold, this is right hand only.

An xray found I broke a bone in my hand. The doctor said I broke one of the hardest bones to break and a bone growth formed and was wrapping around my nerves, did surgery had it removed .  STILL have extremely cold right hand.

A few months ago I sensed on the left side in-between front and back of my body was a huge bump almost like a boil. I was in the woods when I noticed it so I didn’t have a mirror to see it. By the time I could it had gone down in size but I was able to get a grip on my skin to try and squeeze to see if there was something in there and a tiny amount of puss came out almost like it didn’t break the barrier. Even now there is still a mark where its at.

I now have this uncomfortable sensation in the lower left side of my back Where the spine meets the hips, I feel like its coming from the area of my left hip bone. With that feeling I also have this sensation that my lower back needs to be cracked at times, almost like its not aligned. This happens when I go to sleep and its been acting up, I find myself with my back in the air trying to be at a angle to make it stop. Also if I drink just water I frequently have to go to the bathroom and it makes my back start to hurt

Is it normal for a bone growth to form from a fracture? I also still get cold in my right hand. Another thing that happened a few weeks ago is my tailbone would crack when I was sitting or going to the bathroom but has not done it for a few weeks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
One possibility of lower back pain and a feeling of lump at lowest end of spine is pilonidal cyst. This usually develops due to an ingrowing hair or due to excessive sweating. Local antibiotic creams, hot compresses and surgery are the various modes of treatment.
The other possibilities are arthritis and coccydynia or coccygodynia which is caused by the coccyx (the last vertebra) dislocating when you sit. It is often caused by falling backwards or high pressure jerks.
Since only one hand is cold, a vascular pathology should be looked into by color dopplar, such as atherosclerosis or deep vein thrombosis. Yes, fractures can heal by irregular bony depositions. This can impinge nerves and cause coldness. A nerve conduction study should be done.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP to run tests and examination to clinch a diagnosis. Take care!
