Sciatic pain, muscle twitching, sever left testicle pain/seen tons of DR's

All started back in Jan with bad back pain with some shooting pains in right leg. Diagnosed with lumbar stenosis, right facet joint radiculopathy, possible leg lenght issues and possible scoliosis. Given two cortizone injections (lumbar, facet joint) 4 weeks of PT. While resting at home(right after injections)noticed right calf twitching. Fast forward to now... twitching is system wide but only continuous in right calf, SEVERE left thigh, buttock, tailbone pain that seems to radiate into left testicle and left thigh. Pain back in lumbar/facet area when extending back straight. Coughing, laughing, sneezing (especially) feels like someone is stabbing me in the buttocks with a knife! The pain also travels into my rectum while sitting. Living on Advil/Motrin which only help a little bit. No problems eating, talking, walking or with strength.

Went to 2 neurologist, 2 neuromuscular specialist (umdmj, u of penn) no ALS/MS didn't even warrant an EMG they said... all of them. I think I notice a indentation/flatting spot in my right calf muscle but they didn't see it. At a loss here... can all of this be due to the back problems? Can this be a pinched nerve? I also have abdominal discomfort and some constipation. I think its nerver related, I also seem to have a slightly vibrating lower jaw... weird! Any ideas? Lymes? Going to a ortho on Monday. Any help would be highly appreciated!!! THX!

My husband has these same symptoms--what was the outcome of your tests?  We have 2 friends with Lyme's and they describe the same pain.
