Scrotum Itch

I have had small, itchy bumps on my scrotum for about 6 months, at first I thought it was jock itch, but none of the over the counter meds worked, then I thought it was HPV, but these look nothing like the pics and they itch, which HPV commonly does not from the literature I read. My girlfriend thinks it is a yeast infection, and the MD I saw told me he could see nothing wrong, as these things are really almost invisable. They are not scabies, or lice or anything like that, I am about to try Monostat for yeast infections, maybe that will help. Any other ideas?

you may have a latex allergy. I had an itch no one could figure out and it turned out to be a latex allergy. I now wear only cotton and that stopped the itching.

may have something to do with the detergent you have been using? or it could also be from sweat. from what i understand, yeast infections in men are very difficult to detect (most cases) and you would have a discharge coming out the top. i have seen photos online of males YI's and it aint pretty. that was an extreme case though. yes, the creams wont hurt anyway. did your girlfriend just have a YI?

Try the monistat cream or oral form which you can get from the dr.  If that doesn't work try witch hazel and let dry then use hydrocortisone.  Good luck
