Seperated shoulder?

I have a seperated shoulder that i have had untreated for 8 months and am now getting physical therapy can a shoulder injury like that cause you to pinch a nerve causing limited  movement in your neck.shoulder and sending shooting pain down your arm  please help

Yes, shoulder injuries can cause pinched nerves. Also a dislocated shoulder can cause unnecessary stretching of both muscles and nerves causing pain. Please consult an orthopedic specialist and then following treatment a chiropractor to help strengthen your shoulder girdle.
