There are a few more possibilities which I think need evaluation.These include intestinal obstruction,mesenteric lymphadenitis,volvolus,kidney or urinary causes,uterine or ovarian causes in girls(esp dysmenorrheal,hematocolopos, Mittelschmerz),porphyria and sickle cell anemia.Pls discuss them with your daughter’s doctor whether they have been explored or not.
