Severe lower abdominal pain after showering

I keep getting a severe pain in my lower abdomen after I shower. It doesn't happen all the time, but more often than not. Usually I can power through it but sometimes it's so bad it leaves me incapacitated. When it's that bad it also radiates to my lower back. It hits usually 5 minutes or less from when I get out of the shower, and lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple hours.

I am a 24 year old female, overweight, and I have PCOS. Could this pain be related to my cysts? I haven't been able to find any information relating to this, so any help would be appreciated.

It could possibly be a condition I have called May-Thurner Syndrome. It's when the spine around the 4th or 5th lumbar (lower back pain) crushes the left iliac vein from the back against the overlying artery (lower abdominal pain). This causes reflux of blood down into pelvis causing pelvic congestion and pain in women and vericoceles in men. An Interventional Radiologist discovered I had May-Thurner after having a vericocele embolization. This condition can also worsen after a warm shower because veins become more dilated. Just an idea I know most doctors wouldn't think of. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions.
