Sharp Pains in Left temple and Muffled hearing

I am a 33 year old man who is having occasional sharp pains in my left temple. All symtoms (symptoms) started within 24 hrs. Pains started earlier, subsided, and have now woken me up at 3am. Its about an 8-10 level of pain.
I also noticed yesterday that my hearing on my left side is also not as good. It seems to be sensitive, muffled, and ringing as if someone hit me in my ear really hard. Oddly enough my left gland is starting to feel a little inflamed. The hearing issue started a day ago. At the moment the sharp pains seem to be my biggest worry but this hearing problem is not normal either. Very nervous. Please help.

Go see a ENT which is an ear, nose, throat specialist.. you could have an ear infection which would cause all your symptoms above.. hope you feel better soon
